Shengxian Lake Station - Exit B

Shengxian Lake Metro Station-Exit B in northern Chengdu derives its name from the nearby Shengxian Lake, a site linked to Taoist legends of celestial ascension. As the northern terminus of Chengdu Metro Line 1, its architecture blends Sichuan-style pitched roofs with contemporary glass facades. The lakeside area transforms with cherry blossoms in spring and golden ginkgo in autumn, attracting joggers and photographers. A mural titled Auspicious Clouds Over Shu Roads inside the station reinterprets the Sun and Immortal Birds motif from Jinsha Ruins, symbolizing dialogue between ancient Shu civilization and modern transit.
