The room layout is excellent, with amazing views that make the stay so enjoyable. The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.

There are also great local eateries nearby, including a popular spot for skewered lamb, so dining out is convenient and enjoyable. The room itself isn't huge, but it's spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I stayed in Room 07, which has a stunning view of a golf course—lush greenery stretching out beyond the window made every morning feel refreshing and serene. Breakfast was fantastic: a wide variety of options, from classic Western choices like sausages, bacon, sunny-side-up eggs, and croissants to authentic Chinese staples such as congee and noodles. The coffee machine offered multiple brew types, and honestly, I’d sacrifice sleep just to try it again. If you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location with excellent breakfast, this hotel delivers all that and more. Highly recommended.

Just a short walk from Exit A of Line 9—cross the street and pass through Apark Cultural & Creative Park, and you’re there. The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants nearby and a vibrant atmosphere that’s perfect for young travelers. There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.

Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: right below the shopping mall, so dining, shopping, and essentials were all just steps away. No need to wander far or worry about getting lost. The front desk staff—three young ladies—were incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely warm. They remembered our names and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Even the housekeeping team had cheerful smiles throughout the stay, adding to the positive vibe. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, from the layout to the amenities. This stay was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is incredibly close to the metro station—just a two-minute walk—and getting to Futian Checkpoint takes only one stop. A shopping mall is right around the corner, offering plenty of dining options. What really stood out was the robot-delivered food delivery straight to my room—so convenient and futuristic! There’s also a laundry facility and a coffee machine for those morning rituals. The room itself has great natural light thanks to the window, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without being too cold or too warm. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. For the price, this is an incredible value—highly recommend if you're visiting Shenzhen!

We stayed here while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, and chose this property because of its convenient location near Futian. The room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors—really impressive for a city apartment. The screen mirroring feature worked perfectly, making it easy to stream movies or shows during our stay. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a small welcome gift—such a sweet touch! All toiletries were provided, including new toothbrushes, which showed great attention to detail. Compared to the compact rooms in Hong Kong, this space felt much more spacious and comfortable. It’s a fantastic value for the price. If we ever come back to Shenzhen, we’ll definitely book here again. Highly recommended!

This hidden gem completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the warm welcome from the front desk staff with a steaming cup of tea instantly eased my travel fatigue. The room was absolutely cozy — the bedtime milk and cloud-like bedding made for the most restful sleep. The bathroom features a smart three-zone layout with excellent shower pressure and a high-tech toilet seat that felt like luxury. Breakfast included fresh handmade wontons, and the kind staff even offered an extra helping when they noticed how much I enjoyed them. Even the window-side plants were perfectly cared for, adding a touch of greenery and life to the space. I genuinely didn’t want to check out — this place feels like home. Definitely coming back.

Even better, when I mentioned my guests were from Hong Kong, the staff kindly upgraded us to a higher floor — we could actually see across to Hong Kong from the window! That made their trip extra special. The room itself was cozy and thoughtfully decorated, with a style that really hit the mark with my friends — they loved it. Location-wise, it’s super convenient: close to the city center in Futian, just a short drive to Sam’s Club, which was a big plus for them. Getting to Hong Kong is also very easy by subway. Overall, the experience was seamless, comfortable, and highly recommended — I’ll definitely come back here next time.
