The new room was cool thanks to efficient air conditioning, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Even though we arrived late, the hotel had already scheduled cleaning services for our stay, which made things smooth by the next day. One small note: if you need to collect items after 11 PM, you’ll have to go down to the lobby yourself—just something to keep in mind when planning your check-in time. Overall, this homestay offers excellent value and exceptional service. The team is responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to guest comfort. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-maintained place in Shenzhen with top-tier hospitality, this is definitely worth considering.

There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.

This stay was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is incredibly close to the metro station—just a two-minute walk—and getting to Futian Checkpoint takes only one stop. A shopping mall is right around the corner, offering plenty of dining options. What really stood out was the robot-delivered food delivery straight to my room—so convenient and futuristic! There’s also a laundry facility and a coffee machine for those morning rituals. The room itself has great natural light thanks to the window, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without being too cold or too warm.
