This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Located in the heart of Recoleta, it's perfectly positioned for exploring Buenos Aires—just a short walk to museums, cafes, and shopping. The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the large, soft bed made for a restful night’s sleep. The bedding and towels were high-quality, adding to the comfort. The bathroom was modern and generous in size, with a wide bathtub (though it might be tight for guests with mobility challenges). Breakfast was decent with good quality items, though the variety could have been better. Overall, the ambiance, location, and attention to detail make this a standout choice. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

The room was stunning—elegant, stylish, and full of character. Every detail felt intentional and well thought out. Carlos, the staff member I interacted with, was incredibly kind and helpful, making the stay feel warm and personal. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from the main attractions and public transport. It’s clear this place puts effort into creating a memorable experience. Despite the slow start, I’d absolutely stay here again.

Every time we arrived or left, a smiling doorman greeted us with warmth and a sense of security that made us feel safe and welcome. The front desk staff were consistently friendly, often waving or asking how our day was—genuine interest that made a real difference. Luis, the general manager, was incredibly kind and professional. Alexis, one of the bellboys, stood out with his helpfulness and cheerful attitude. And Florencia, the hostess at breakfast, set a five-star tone with her polished service and attention to detail. We’ve stayed at many luxury resorts around the world, but this experience felt just as exceptional, if not better. It’s clear the team here cares deeply about guest satisfaction. A genuine surprise and a highlight of our trip.
