The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan

Staying at The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan was an absolutely outstanding experience. The location is unbeatable—just across the street from Window of the World, and directly connected to a large shopping mall, so you can stroll through stores without stepping outside. Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. When I needed to print a document, they went above and beyond with warmth and efficiency. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made all the difference. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to.

Staying at Raffles Shenzhen was an absolute highlight of my trip to Shenzhen. On top of that, the service from Sylvia stood out—she was attentive, friendly, and responded to every request promptly. From the view to the food to the staff, everything felt premium and thoughtfully curated. If you're visiting Shenzhen Bay, this hotel is absolutely worth considering—it truly delivers on both scenery and hospitality.

The hotel’s ambiance is elegant and sophisticated, with meticulous attention to detail in the interior design.
