Right after booking, the hotel manager Xiao Ma reached out to confirm our itinerary and asked if we were familiar with the route—great touch! Since we arrived by car, he kindly reserved a parking spot for us, which made things so much easier. When we pulled up, the space was already waiting—such a thoughtful gesture that really warmed our hearts. After check-in, Xiao Ma noticed our bags piled high and immediately offered to help carry them, even escorting us to our room and giving us a quick rundown on breakfast hours and laundry facilities. The room itself was spacious and exactly what we wanted—a 1.5-meter twin bed setup with top-notch cleanliness and hygiene. The lobby even had helpful signage pointing to nearby attractions, and Xiao Ma went the extra mile by suggesting a personalized travel plan based on our interests. It felt like staying in a home away from home. Every detail reflected genuine care and attention. I’d definitely choose this hotel again whenever I visit Chengdu.

The view at night—the Dongjiao Memory area lights up beautifully, making it perfect for relaxing with a drink while taking in the cityscape. Located right on the doorstep of Dongjiao Memory, dining, shopping, and exploring are just steps away. Plus, getting around town via subway is super convenient. The bedding was soft and cozy, and some rooms even came with a washer, mini-fridge, and a huge entertainment screen—perfect for relaxing after a long day. On the service side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, offering local travel tips, complimentary snacks, bottled water, and even allowing a late check-out until 2 PM—great for those with tight schedules. Absolutely loved my stay at Chuanmeng Light Luxury Hotel! The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with large windows on three sides that let in plenty of natural light—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The front desk staff, Xiao Xie, was incredibly friendly and professional—always smiling, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist. Even though the hotel isn’t in a tourist hotspot, it’s super convenient for getting around: just a 6-yuan taxi ride to Dongjiao Memory, which is great for exploring the local vibe.
