My stay at Chengdu X Langzhong Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Right after booking, the hotel manager Xiao Ma reached out to confirm our itinerary and asked if we were familiar with the route—great touch! Since we arrived by car, he kindly reserved a parking spot for us, which made things so much easier. When we pulled up, the space was already waiting—such a thoughtful gesture that really warmed our hearts. After check-in, Xiao Ma noticed our bags piled high and immediately offered to help carry them, even escorting us to our room and giving us a quick rundown on breakfast hours and laundry facilities. The room itself was spacious and exactly what we wanted—a 1.5-meter twin bed setup with top-notch cleanliness and hygiene. The lobby even had helpful signage pointing to nearby attractions, and Xiao Ma went the extra mile by suggesting a personalized travel plan based on our interests. It felt like staying in a home away from home. Every detail reflected genuine care and attention. I’d definitely choose this hotel again whenever I visit Chengdu.

The room was absolutely worth the search—perfect for my expectations! Location couldn’t be better: right above Dongda Road Metro Station, so just step out of the station and walk through the underground passage to enter the building’s basement level and take the elevator up. It’s just two stops to Chengdu East Railway Station and three stops to Chunxi Road—super convenient for exploring the city. There are tons of restaurants and street food options right downstairs, and the Global Mall is only a 3-minute walk via the underground passage—lifestyle convenience at its finest. The apartment itself is well-equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and a spacious 2-bedroom layout perfect for families. Both elderly guests and kids felt comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a peaceful night’s sleep. Everything was clean, especially the bedding. I stayed three nights and truly didn’t want to leave. Definitely coming back next time I visit Chengdu!
