The hotel has a bit of vintage character in its design, but it’s far from outdated; rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with Balmain amenities that add a touch of luxury. The scent of the toiletries is subtle yet refreshing. Most impressively, every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I stayed in a tatami room, and the bed was spacious and firm, which I actually preferred. It’s not too soft, so I slept really well.
