We chose this hotel for a shoulder-season getaway, avoiding the holiday rush, and it was absolutely perfect—quiet, peaceful, and beautifully managed. Even though it wasn’t peak time, staff were always on standby, ready to help with anything. The housekeeping team was especially warm and attentive—they went out of their way to assist with small details, making our stay feel personal and comfortable. All the baby supplies we requested in advance were thoughtfully prepared and waiting for us.
