Staying at the Best Western Yokohama was an absolute pleasure. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so you can grab snacks or essentials anytime. Dining options are also great; I enjoyed a meal at Sally's and even found a cozy dumpling shop right around the corner. It’s not in a remote area at all—safe, lively, and very accessible. What really stood out was how close it is to the airport, which made my travel experience stress-free. For the price and the convenience, this hotel offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be back.

At 3 AM, a loud alarm went off—I panicked thinking we were evacuating! But being alone and not understanding Japanese, I had no idea what was happening. Then, to top it all off, an earthquake hit while I was still lying there, stunned. I just stayed put and waited it out—laughing at how chaotic and unexpected it all was. Despite the surprises, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s a solid stay with great value, and I’d definitely come back.

Stayed on January 3rd, 2026 — the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s been a while since I’ve encountered such warm and genuine service; her smile and helpful attitude really made the check-in experience stand out. The hot spring bath is another highlight — spacious, clean, and relaxing with a great atmosphere. My only small note is that check-in needs to be completed before noon, so if you're arriving later, it might be tricky. Still, this minor detail doesn’t take away from the overall excellent value and hospitality. Super Hotel Shinyokohama delivers a memorable stay — I’d definitely return.

One thing to note: toiletries like toothbrushes are available at the front desk on the second floor, but they weren’t accessible early in the morning—likely only restocked later in the day, so plan accordingly. Free coffee is served daily from 3 PM to 12 AM, perfect for late-night relaxation or working. On the third floor, there’s a fully functional laundry machine, microwave, and ice maker—super convenient for longer stays or travelers with kids. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide variety of options including fresh bread, curry rice, potato salad, milk, yogurt, and three different soups. I especially loved the rich, savory soup—it added warmth to my morning. The only minor inconvenience was ongoing renovations affecting elevator access—only one elevator stops at the first floor—but the team managed it smoothly without disrupting our stay. Overall, the location, cleanliness, service, and value make this a top choice. I’d definitely come back.

This is already my fourth stay at this hotel in Yokohama Tsurumi, and I keep coming back because it's just so convenient and consistently satisfying. When I visited last December, the lighting was a bit dim, but during my trips in February and April, the place had been freshly renovated with brighter, more inviting lights. This recent visit was just as enjoyable as before. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent value for money—it’s no surprise I’ll be booking here again next year. Located in a newer district, it's surrounded by office buildings, so it feels lively yet not overcrowded. Across the street is Shinyokahama Park—a spacious green area with a small river, a large sports field, and several smaller courts. I enjoyed morning runs there; it’s peaceful, well-used, but never too crowded. Around the hotel, you’ll find plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets—everything you need within easy reach. The room was compact but spotless, modern, and well-maintained. Everything worked as expected, including the private bathroom. I didn’t get to try the microwave, but that’s a minor detail. With a special rate of 337 CNY per night through the platform, this was an excellent value for money. Highly recommend for travelers seeking comfort, location, and affordability.
