The staff were incredibly welcoming; front desk team greeted me every time I came in or out, and housekeeping was always attentive and friendly. Service was genuinely thoughtful—we accidentally left our charger behind when heading to Shunde, and the front desk kindly held onto it until we returned. That kind of attention goes a long way.
