We stayed at LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou during the New Year holiday, choosing this long-established five-star hotel for its reputation and family appeal—my parents especially loved it. This year marks the hotel’s 40th anniversary, and the rich history, elegant ambiance, and exceptional service made our visit truly memorable. The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a metro station, which was great even if we didn’t use it daily. The garden area is peaceful and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the complimentary guided tour. At 2 PM, we were led by Mandy, a top-tier guide, who gave a detailed and engaging walkthrough of the facilities, including the fourth-floor museum. My mom was absolutely delighted—it was such a thoughtful addition, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps this program alive. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight. On my birthday, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious cake (which was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had!), and Zoe personally helped carry my luggage up to the room. When there was a minor air-con issue, they responded immediately—even though it turned out not to be faulty, they still proactively opened the window for fresh air. That kind of care goes beyond expectations. Breakfast options were excellent too: three different venues across the ground floor, the 30th-floor revolving restaurant, and the Yuan Tao Hall. We stayed three nights and managed to try all three. Plus, the platform voucher included afternoon tea and happy hour—such an amazing value-add. Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended.

The service was outstanding, particularly Emily, who went above and beyond with her warm and attentive hospitality. Even though we only stayed one night, the experience left a lasting impression. For travelers seeking a quiet, authentic stay in Guangzhou with excellent value and charm, this hotel is absolutely worth considering.

From the moment we walked in, the hospitality felt genuine and heartfelt. The room itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with subtle Lingnan-inspired touches. The bedding was heavenly—so soft and comfortable, it instantly melted away any fatigue. I slept like a baby, truly rejuvenated by morning. Every little detail shows how much care the team puts into guest experience. This stay completely exceeded my expectations. I almost missed it because of the misleading first impression from the website, but once I stepped inside, I was blown away by the elegant design and attention to detail. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just a short walk from Haizhu Square Metro Station and super close to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street for shopping and dining. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; when we arrived during a sudden cold snap, they kindly offered us a small space heater—such a thoughtful touch! The only minor downside was the bathroom amenities—they weren’t the best quality, and there was no moisturizer provided. A simple upgrade here would make an already excellent experience perfect. Overall, this place offers great value and a truly comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with great bedding and a well-balanced air conditioning system—just right, not too cold or too warm. But what truly stood out was the service. Special thanks to Miss Yang—her warmth, friendliness, and willingness to help made a huge difference. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything, making our stay feel personal and welcoming. This hotel consistently delivers an excellent experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.
