The surroundings are serene, beautifully landscaped, and full of natural charm. One moment that stood out: during breakfast, the weather suddenly turned chilly, and sitting by the entrance meant cold air blowing straight through my meal. I casually asked one of the friendly doormen to close the door, and instead of just doing it, he stayed outside, personally greeting guests while keeping the door closed to preserve warmth inside. That kind of proactive care and consideration—balancing comfort with hospitality—is exactly what makes this place special. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a retreat where attention to detail elevates every moment. I’ll definitely be back.

Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.
