I booked a two-night stay at this property in Goregaon, Mumbai, and ended up leaving after just one night due to extremely poor hygiene and conditions. The rooms were large but completely unusable—dirty, outdated, and with a broken door handle. The elevator had a strong, foul odor, like something was rotting inside, making it nearly impossible to use. I immediately requested cancellation and refund, but the platform refused to process it, insisting on charging for both nights despite the unacceptable conditions. This experience shows a complete lack of customer care—money seems to be prioritized over guest well-being. If you value cleanliness, safety, and fair service, avoid this property at all costs.
