The staff then called their boss, put me on the phone, and told me outright that they couldn’t provide us with a room and that there was nothing they could do to help. It was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. We were left stranded with no alternative accommodation arranged. This experience was far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
