Honestly, it even surpassed my experience watching *Water Temples* in Macau, which was already an incredibly immersive show. But this hotel felt like the perfect, unforgettable ending to my trip. Located directly across from the Canton Tower, the view alone is breathtaking—and yes, there’s a private birdwatching platform, but that’s just one of many small details that make this place special. The grand entrance features vintage cars, and the scent of fresh flowers fills the air as you step inside. After staying at the Longjiang White Tiger Suite, I was thrilled to be upgraded again—this time to a spacious one-bedroom suite. And what came with it? A beautiful surprise package: a local map, a delicate sachet, a record-shaped fridge magnet, a plush toy for kids, traditional Guangzhou biscuits, a welcome drink, and free minibar credits—so many little joys! There are simply not enough photos to capture all the design magic: the record-style door panels, playful skateboard reminders, and the remote control cleverly hidden in a decorative box. Trees grow freely along the lush garden pathways, making every walk feel like strolling through a quiet park. YULIA B&B HOMESTAY

We booked a family room, but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a scenic view room—definitely worth it! The space was significantly larger and spotlessly clean, with natural light flooding in during the day. The best part? The view: Guangzhou Tower (the 'Small Waist') and Chigang Pagoda are just outside the window. At night, the city lights come alive, creating an unforgettable skyline panorama without needing to step outside. Location is excellent—Line 3 metro runs straight to the airport, and it's only a short walk to Kequn Metro Station, where the Lijing Plaza offers a fantastic variety of local eats. We tried Tao Tao Ju for Cantonese cuisine, and it was absolutely delicious—authentic flavors and great service. From start to finish, our stay was seamless and memorable. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and charm. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Guangzhou.

Staying at Park Hyatt Executive Apartment was an absolute delight. The location is fantastic—just steps away from the metro, with a wide variety of delicious local eateries right downstairs. The property itself is beautifully landscaped and immaculately clean, creating a peaceful, resort-like atmosphere. Staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help—genuine hospitality that makes you feel welcome. What truly sets this place apart is the cultural touch: a quiet but meaningful art exhibition on display in the lobby, featuring works by revolutionary figure He Xiangning and her husband Liao Zhongkai, former chairman of China's Artists Association. It’s rare to find such refined cultural depth in a modern urban hotel. Combined with excellent transport links and great dining options nearby, this is a top-tier choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be back.

White Swan Hotel

Staying in the executive suite was an absolute delight. The room was spacious with a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas, offering a real sense of privacy. Everything was brand new and well-maintained—especially the bathroom with its efficient dry-wet separation and instant hot water. The executive lounge served excellent afternoon tea and evening snacks, both in quality and presentation. Despite being near the airport, we could hear planes overhead while walking outside, but inside the room, it was completely silent thanks to outstanding soundproofing. The view from the window was wide open, and natural light filled the entire space—really bright and welcoming. Attention to detail was top-notch, and the value for money truly exceeded expectations. The hidden gem was the small garden behind the hotel—lush greenery, peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect for morning walks, post-lunch strolls, or relaxing in the evening. A small note: on our first morning, we had breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant. The staff welcomed us and asked what drinks we’d like, but then didn’t follow up with service. If they were busy, perhaps skipping the question would have made the experience smoother—just get the drinks to the table quickly instead. Overall, though, this stay was exceptional.

It’s also just a 10–15 minute stroll to Haizhu Lake, perfect for a morning walk or quiet moment in nature.
