I noticed a supervisor walking through the dining area each night with a notepad and pencil, checking on rooms and guest experiences—such a thoughtful touch that shows real attention to detail. My room was spotless, the bathroom met North American standards (toilet paper included!), and the elevator comfortably fits six people and works perfectly.
