The hotel is absolutely fantastic! While the rooms are a bit dated, they’re clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable. What really stood out was the daily complimentary treats—two chocolates and 2 to 4 bottles of water per day. Small touches, but they made a big difference. The real highlight? The stunning ocean view. I highly recommend booking a sea-view room—just step outside and cross the street to reach the beach. You’ll be greeted by endless blue skies, gentle waves, and that iconic Rio coastline right at your doorstep. It’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city too, with easy access to public transit. While the room isn’t huge, it’s well-designed with all the essentials: comfortable bed, good lighting, clean bathroom, and modern amenities. Breakfast was fantastic—fresh fruit, local pastries, coffee, and a great variety to start the day right. I’d definitely recommend booking with breakfast included; trying to add it later meant paying full price with no discount. One thing to note: parking fees were higher than what was listed online—maybe due to seasonal pricing near year-end, so plan accordingly. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, great service, and a convenient central spot. If I ever return to Rio, this will be my first choice again.
