The only minor drawback was the lack of an elevator; we were on the third-floor penthouse room, which meant climbing three flights of stairs each time. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There’s no in-house dining, but they do provide plates, cutlery, and even help with ordering food from nearby restaurants or via online delivery—so it’s easy to enjoy meals without leaving the room. With its great location, welcoming staff, and quiet atmosphere, this place offers real value for money. If you're visiting Kolkata, I’d definitely recommend staying here again.

The air conditioning was unreliable—it would turn on and off randomly, barely providing any consistent cooling. It was frustrating, especially during the warmer hours. On a brighter note, the breakfast was decent, with fresh fruits that added a nice touch. While this was the only positive highlight, it wasn’t enough to offset the other issues. I’d hesitate to recommend this property unless major improvements are made in hygiene and maintenance.
