I only stayed at Cosy Banjara Guest House for one night, but I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Hyderabad. It’s perfectly located right next to the I Rum Manzil metro station and a major bus stop, making public transportation incredibly convenient. Despite being in a central area, the surroundings are surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious—cleverly converted from an old bungalow into a cozy homestay with character. The staff were exceptional: friendly, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help with anything. We tried their breakfast, which was well-prepared and served with care, and the pricing was very reasonable. Overall, this is a fantastic value-for-money option whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with family. Its unbeatable location and affordability make it stand out. If I ever return to Hyderabad, Cosy Banjara will be my first choice again.

Our recent banquet booking at Hotel O Athithi Inn near Hyderabad Central turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. The air conditioning in the event hall was completely non-functional—so bad that we were literally sweating through our clothes, even in the evening. Management seemed indifferent and unresponsive to our concerns throughout the event. Food quality was disappointing: every dish—from starters to main courses—arrived cold, which is unacceptable for a buffet-style function. We were served on paper plates without any prior notice, and no bowls were provided at all. The mutton biryani, which was supposed to be a highlight, was bland and poorly cooked. Even the watermelon juice wasn’t chilled, making it nearly undrinkable. The staff appeared disoriented and confused—they didn’t know who ordered what, leading to multiple errors in serving. Overall, the service, food, and ambiance were subpar. It felt like we were being ignored. If you’re looking for a reliable venue for a family gathering or celebration, avoid this place at all costs. This experience deserves a zero rating, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The location is convenient with easy access to the metro station, which makes getting around Hyderabad straightforward. However, the staff experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk team, particularly an employee named Sadiq, showed no professionalism or concern for guests. They seemed uninterested in assisting, often just sitting at the counter scrolling through social media instead of addressing guest needs. Communication was a major issue—many staff members didn’t speak English, and requests were ignored or delayed. I visited the front desk multiple times, but my concerns weren’t taken seriously or prioritized. The overall service felt indifferent and disrespectful. I’ve stayed at many hotels in India, but this was one of the worst experiences. I would never return, and I strongly advise others not to book here—even in an emergency. It’s not worth the price, and the lack of basic hospitality is truly regrettable.

Booked a three-bed air-conditioned room, which was surprisingly spacious for three guests—no feeling of crowding at all. The attached bathroom was clean, well-maintained, and very functional. What stood out most was the excellent value: the in-room amenities and overall quality were far beyond what we expected for the price. While the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there are three great dining options located within the same building or just next door—each offering delicious, affordable meals with good variety. The location is unbeatable: literally a 1-minute walk to Nampally Metro Station, making city exploration effortless. Hyderabad Railway Station is only about 500 meters away, and taxis, autos, and other local transport are available around the clock. With reliable access to public transit, safety, comfort, and convenience all in one place, this hotel truly delivers on every front. Would definitely recommend and return.
