Our child suddenly got sick during the night and unfortunately vomited on the sheets and bedding. It was late, and we were worried about the inconvenience, but we made a quick call and someone arrived within minutes to replace everything without hesitation. The team showed real empathy and understanding—something every parent would appreciate when traveling with kids. We especially want to thank the night-shift staff member on November 14–15, 2025, for her kindness, promptness, and calm demeanor. It made a stressful moment much more manageable. This experience truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort and care. If you're traveling with children, this is a top choice. Highly recommend it for families who value reliability, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.
