The front desk staff, Rex and Nina, were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond—they even gave us a detailed walkthrough of the on-site fitness center and laundry facilities, including the dryer, which was such a convenience. They also kindly followed up during check-out to ask about our stay, showing genuine care. From cleanliness to service quality, every detail was thoughtfully handled.
