Staying at Hyatt House Chengdu Pebble Walk was an absolutely delightful experience! The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a longer stay or family travel. I especially loved the apartment-style layout with a built-in induction cooktop, which made preparing meals easy and convenient. During Christmas season, the hotel was beautifully decorated with festive lights and ornaments everywhere—so cozy and Instagram-worthy! Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The front desk staff, Rex and Nina, were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond—they even gave us a detailed walkthrough of the on-site fitness center and laundry facilities, including the dryer, which was such a convenience. They also kindly followed up during check-out to ask about our stay, showing genuine care. From cleanliness to service quality, every detail was thoughtfully handled. Staying at Soda International Apartment was a great experience overall. The location is excellent—right next to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around Chengdu’s financial district and downtown. We booked six rooms, and while there was a small hiccup during check-in due to some local police system requirements that initially prevented us from checking in, the staff handled it with incredible patience and professionalism. They were clearly frustrated too but never showed any impatience or negativity—just kept working hard to resolve the issue. That kind of dedication deserves real recognition. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, aromatic coffee made on-site, perfectly complemented by warm pastries. It made mornings feel special. Despite the initial confusion, the team’s calm and respectful attitude turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a positive one.
