The hotel's location is perfect—just a 10-15 minute walk from Urumqi High-Speed Railway Station, which made travel with my kids so much easier. We arrived early in the morning around 7:30 AM, still dark outside, and my little one was cold, hungry, tired, and overwhelmed. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they quickly arranged breakfast and coordinated room preparation even though housekeeping didn’t start until 8 or 9 AM. After enjoying a warm meal, we were able to check in smoothly. The security team was also very friendly, guiding us through the process and helping with access. Our housekeeper was especially thoughtful—she noticed we had a child and left a pair of small slippers in the room. She also kept the room clean and tidy throughout our stay. The neighborhood is pleasant, with Wanda Plaza nearby for dining and shopping. It’s not far from major attractions either. Overall, this place offers great value, warm hospitality, and a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended for travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and genuine care.
