From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly greeted and whisked to a personal check-in where we received chilled facial towels, champagne, and chocolates—all while our luggage was discreetly taken straight to our room. A lovely staff member escorted us to our penthouse suite (4534), pointing out the bars and restaurants along the way. The view from our room was breathtaking—perfectly manicured pools stretching out toward the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. As a penthouse guest, we had a private jacuzzi on the balcony, a double rattan sunbed, table, chairs, and a huge rollable umbrella—essential for beating the midday heat. Inside, the room was a dream: a massive bed adorned with balloons and pillow scent, a chilled bottle of Prosecco, and a stunning heart-shaped strawberry cake waiting for us—because the hotel knew it was our 20th wedding anniversary. Then, when you’re out enjoying cocktails or dinner, they return for a turn-down service—dimming lights, adjusting AC if needed, closing curtains, and topping up towels again.
