This was my second stay at Porcel Torre Garden, and it definitely lived up to expectations. After touring Spain and Portugal, returning here felt like coming home—familiar with the surroundings and even more appreciative of the location. Just a short walk from the metro station, getting around Madrid is super convenient. The hotel is also close to both the airport and train station, making travel stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. With great amenities, excellent transport links, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is truly one of the best choices for staying in Madrid. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but unfortunately couldn’t access the unit since it wasn’t open yet. I also didn’t manage to reach someone to arrange early entry, which was a small disappointment. However, everything went smoothly once check-in time arrived, and the team followed through exactly as promised. The location is excellent—just steps from the metro and close to major attractions. It’s a fantastic option for travelers who want convenience, comfort, and a home-like stay in Madrid. I’d definitely book again.
