We were greeted with welcome gifts that we happily enjoyed after arriving late in the evening. Prince, our host, was friendly and helpful—he showed us where the laundry area was and confirmed our floor level. I was a bit nervous thinking it might be on the top floor, but being on the second floor was much more convenient, especially with my knee issues. One small thing: the shower or bathtub drains slowly when in use—hopefully this can be improved soon. Prince also gave us an extra 30 minutes to finish packing, which was a thoughtful touch. The tram stop is literally just steps away, making public transit super easy and quick. There’s a handy laundry schedule posted on the wall—we booked the last slot since we often return late, but someone else was using the dryer during our time. It would be great if the apartment included a microwave, as it’s much cheaper and easier to heat up ready meals than ordering takeout every night after a full day of sightseeing. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. The location, comfort, and service are excellent. I’d definitely stay here again on our next visit to Zurich.
