Staying at Swiss Star Aussersihl was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The self-check-in process was incredibly smooth—no waiting in line, just a quick scan of my booking code and I was inside the apartment in seconds. The kitchen is a real highlight: fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, making it perfect for longer stays or travelers who want to save on dining out. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Zurich’s vibrant Aussersihl district, steps away from cafes, grocery stores, and public transit. Everything felt clean, modern, and well-maintained. La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich

My stay at La Réserve Eden au Lac in Zurich was truly memorable, especially during the busy holiday season. While it's true that hotel rooms in Europe tend to be on the smaller side, this one felt well-designed and surprisingly spacious for its size. The attention to detail and quality of furnishings made a big difference. What really stood out was the exceptional service—staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything, from recommendations to check-in assistance. The location is perfect, just a short walk or quick transit ride away from the city center, and the lake view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning light. Of course, prices are higher during peak times, but considering the serene surroundings, top-tier service, and unique charm of the property, it’s worth every penny. I’d definitely come back here on my next trip to Zurich.

Cosmopolitan Apartments Zürich Seefeld

Staying at the Cosmopolitan Apartments Zürich Seefeld was an absolute highlight of my trip to Zurich. Nestled in a quiet residential area near the lake, it’s surprisingly close to the city center—just a short walk or quick transit ride away. The neighborhood feels peaceful and safe, yet everything I needed was within easy reach: a Migros supermarket and a Coop grocery store just a few minutes’ walk. The studio is around 30 square meters—compact but thoughtfully designed. It includes a comfortable bed, a small dining table, a cozy sofa with coffee table, a TV, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with shower. What stood out? The little touches: Nespresso capsules waiting upon arrival, a bottle of mineral water in the fridge, and tasteful, minimalist decor that made the space feel both welcoming and stylish. Check-in is completely self-service via code—no front desk hassle—and the hosts regularly check in to see how you’re doing. It’s perfect for solo travelers who value independence but still want attentive care. I’d book here again in a heartbeat.

Hitrental Kreuzplatz Apartments

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city center and well-connected by public transit. The apartment itself has plenty of space, which was a plus. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The furnishings are extremely low quality—some cabinet doors were missing, and it felt like a student dorm with all IKEA furniture. Basic supplies like soap and shampoo were barely enough. We had to pay upfront, and communication was mostly via email, which made things difficult since the key was left in a 'secret' spot with no clear instructions. To make matters worse, we were told at checkout that we needed to vacuum and clean the entire place thoroughly—so we even filmed ourselves doing it, just in case they tried to charge us later. This is exactly what some reviews warned about: unexpected fees after check-out. While the location is great, the poor quality, lack of service, and unnecessary hassle aren’t worth it. Definitely not staying here again.

B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa

Staying at B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa was an absolute highlight of my trip to Zurich. The rooftop pool at night is truly breathtaking—soft ambient lighting, serene atmosphere, and stunning views of the city skyline create a magical experience. I wish I could’ve taken photos, but honestly, the moment was so special that it’s etched in memory without needing a picture. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center and easy access to public transport. It’s not just a place to sleep; it’s an experience you’ll remember. Highly recommend for anyone looking for luxury, tranquility, and a touch of elegance in Zurich.

Lamira - Serviced Apartments

Staying at Lamira - Serviced Apartments in Zurich was an absolute highlight of my trip. The apartment itself is incredibly well-designed and offers excellent value for money—definitely one of the best deals I’ve found. The room is spacious and clean, though the bed is a bit soft and slightly shorter than expected; two women were comfortable, but it might feel tight for taller guests. What really stands out is the fully equipped kitchen with a built-in oven—perfect for preparing meals from groceries picked up at the nearby supermarket. I cooked several dinners during my stay, which saved me a lot of money and gave me a real homey feel. The bathroom is large and modern, and there’s a washer and dryer on-site, which made laundry stress-free. My unit even had a private balcony where I enjoyed morning coffee while watching the city come alive. The location is unbeatable—just a 500-meter walk left from the building to the train station, making travel around Zurich effortless. With great amenities, top-tier convenience, and a cozy atmosphere, this place is perfect for both short stays and longer visits. Highly recommended!

Hotel Europe

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the train station, bus stops, and the lake. It only takes about 5 minutes to reach the lakeside, where Zurich’s famous swans gather. Feeding and watching them is such a delightful experience. Around the hotel, you’ll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets—everything you need within easy reach. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious bathroom that added to the comfort. We stayed in room 38, which had a faint odor, but it wasn’t unpleasant or overwhelming. One small note: no tea or coffee supplies were provided in the room, but you can easily request a kettle from the front desk. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money and a truly convenient stay in Zurich.
