We were initially placed in a room near a function area that had some noise, but we reached out to front desk, and they promptly arranged a room change without any hassle. Their responsiveness and kindness truly stood out. The hotel’s location is also super convenient for visiting Disneyland, and overall, the value for money is fantastic.
