Although no room change was offered, the staff went above and beyond by adding an extra single bed the following day—truly impressive! The entire stay was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and the lake view from our window was absolutely stunning. It felt peaceful and relaxing, like a little retreat in the middle of Beijing. The service was attentive and genuine, making us feel truly welcomed. Every detail reflected care and quality.
