The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile. And the mini bar in the room? Overwhelmingly stocked—so much food and drinks I couldn’t possibly finish. Bonus points for being pet-friendly, even if my shy cat didn’t get to enjoy it. Seeing those adorable dogs at check-out brought a real smile to my face.
