I5 Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Located just a short walk from the metro station, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring Chennai. The room was compact but impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed—comfortable bed, great lighting, and modern touches that made it feel like home. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, offering local tips and even a small welcome gift. What stood out most was the value for money—this hotel delivers luxury-level service at an affordable price. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chennai.

Stayed in the suite and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious layout—perfect for comfort with a TV, AC, mini-fridge, and ample closet space. The standard rooms are on the smaller side, but the upgrade was totally worth it. Lunch at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight: a delicious vegetarian thali served for just ₹149, filling us up completely. The staff were courteous, helpful, and made our stay seamless. The location is excellent—buses heading to Tirupati stop right here, making transfers super convenient. From check-in to checkout, every service was top-notch. This place deserves full marks. A truly memorable stay!
FabHotel The Park Royal
This hotel is far below any standard and absolutely not worth even one star. Despite being marketed as a 3-star property, the reality is shocking—this is misleading at best. The staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and arrogant; every request felt like an inconvenience to them. There’s no service bell or intercom in the room, so we had to walk down to the front desk for anything we needed—very frustrating. The elevator shuts down at 11 PM and doesn’t reopen until morning, making late-night access impossible. No bottled water provided, and both the AC and TV were non-functional during our stay. The bathroom was filthy—the toilet seat was broken, and the shower jet didn’t work. We even found cockroaches in the room. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. Basic toiletries like soap and towels weren’t provided, and after repeatedly asking, we were handed used and stained towels. When we finally spoke to the manager, he responded with hostility instead of concern. For ₹2000 per night, this was an incredibly disappointing and unpleasant experience. Please, don’t book here—even if it's the cheapest option available. You’ll regret it.

We stayed at 17356 Cute Orange Service Apartments from July 16th to 18th and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn’t be better—just across the street from the USA visa biometrics center, making it incredibly convenient for travelers needing to complete their appointment. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and featured reliable air conditioning for comfortable stays. A key highlight was the hot water geyser in the bathroom, so we always had hot water whenever needed. Breakfast was delivered to our room daily from the kitchen—fresh and enjoyable, though tea and coffee required an extra charge, which was fair. For lunch and dinner, the room service menu offered fresh, tasty, and hygienic meals at very reasonable prices. We also appreciated the complimentary one-liter mineral water per room per day, plus free refill stations with both cold and hot water available on every floor. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in terms of convenience, cleanliness, and value. It’s a top pick if you're visiting Chennai and looking for a reliable, hassle-free stay.

During my recent road trip from Chennai to Bhubaneswar, I stayed at Redfox Hotel for both the onward journey (evening of the 12th) and return (evening of the 20th). While I’m a Platinum member with the Lemontree group of hotels, it was the manager at Redfox, Mr. Premkumar, who truly made my experience exceptional. I simply called him to book a room for my preferred dates, and he not only handled the reservation seamlessly but also took care of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. I was assigned Room 603, a spacious suite, at an affordable rate—yet everything in the room was well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged. The service felt more like royal treatment than just a hotel stay. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Mr. Premkumar, and all the dedicated staff for your outstanding hospitality. This experience exceeded expectations, and I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Staying at Ktdc Rain Drops Hotel was an absolute delight! The food at the restaurant truly stood out—especially the Onam Sadhya, which offered an incredible variety of traditional dishes that were both flavorful and authentic. The service was outstanding from start to finish; staff members were polite, attentive, and even checked in after our meal to make sure everything was perfect. That little extra touch made the whole experience feel personal and warm.
