He offered a downgrade to a deluxe room instead, which I declined. This situation was completely unacceptable. If the unit was already taken, why was it listed as available on the platform? What if I had shown up without prior notice—where would I have stayed? The lack of transparency and communication reflects a deeply unprofessional approach. While my payment was eventually refunded, the experience left me feeling frustrated and misled. The host’s attitude came across as careless, almost deceptive. I strongly advise future guests to proceed with caution before booking here—this kind of handling damages trust and could lead to serious inconvenience.
