Staying at VicHaus Serviced Apartment was an absolute delight. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a fresh, cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The apartment is beautifully designed with modern touches and plenty of space—perfect for both short stays and longer visits. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet environment made it easy to get a good night's sleep. I loved having a small kitchenette to prepare simple meals, which saved me time and money. Plus, the location is fantastic—just a short walk to the MRT station and surrounded by great cafes and local spots. It’s rare to find such a well-maintained, thoughtfully designed apartment at this price point. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Singapore!

I stayed here alone for a BP concert, and honestly, I was initially nervous about the cleanliness and safety of a capsule hotel. But my experience exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming—when I arrived before 3 PM, they noticed me waiting at the entrance and kindly helped me check in early. They also took time to walk me through the different areas of the hotel with great patience. Security is top-notch: you need to swipe your card to enter both the main doors and the shared spaces, which made me feel very safe. Shoes must be removed before entering the rooms, and there are dedicated shoe lockers right by the door—super thoughtful. The common areas were spotless throughout my stay, with staff constantly cleaning during the afternoon. The bathroom was immaculate, with zero odor—a real surprise! There’s even a small makeup area, which I found so convenient. The whole place has no lingering smells, and guests are respectful and quiet—late-night meals in the shared space were peaceful and calm. The bed was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough that I didn’t feel cramped at all. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—right in Chinatown, steps away from souvenir shops and a Michelin-recommended Hainanese chicken rice spot. Unfortunately, my stay was too short, but I’ll definitely come back. This is one of the best value stays I’ve had in Singapore.

There’s a charging port by the bed, though you’ll need your own adapter. Under-bed storage with a lock is a nice touch for securing belongings. Multiple shared bathrooms and toilets are available, so no waiting in line. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise—simple but satisfying. The owner was incredibly welcoming and gave great local tips. The common area on the first floor is cozy and thoughtfully designed, with a second level that adds charm. It’s quiet at night, perfect for a restful stay. At this price point, it’s an amazing value. The only minor downside is the location—it’s a few hundred meters from the nearest MRT station—but there are plenty of affordable, delicious local eateries nearby, all within a 10-minute walk. Check-in is only available between 9 AM and 6 PM, which requires some planning, but overall, the experience is well worth it. I’d definitely stay here again.

Security is top-notch: each capsule requires a key card to enter, giving you peace of mind. The staff were super helpful too—they allowed us to store our luggage, so we could explore the city and come back without worrying about where to leave our bags. Check-in was smooth with a friendly young guy who spoke fluent English. On check-out day, a kind Chinese-speaking lady greeted us, and she was happy to chat in simple Mandarin—great touch for international travelers. Located right in Kampong Glam near Bugis, it's super easy to get around by MRT. I’d definitely stay here again—the cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches make it stand out.
