Staying at Ordynka Hotel was a great experience overall—highly recommend! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. My mom wanted hot water, and the team immediately turned on the kettle function in the water dispenser without hesitation. They also offered free luggage storage and helped with the accommodation confirmation—small touches that made a big difference. There’s even complimentary chocolate and cookies at the front desk, which added a nice personal touch. Location-wise, it’s about a 600-meter walk from Dobrininskaya Metro Station (Line 5), though the exit has multiple pathways—plus our mobile data dropped unexpectedly, so I’d suggest double-checking your route beforehand using a map app. It’s also within walking distance of Polyanka Station (Line 9), where there’s a mid-sized Perekrestok supermarket (open 10:00–22:00), a small Pyatyorochka convenience store, and a bookstore—perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. There’s also a VTB bank nearby (same chain as the one near GUM), so currency exchange isn’t an issue. For culture lovers, Tretyakov Gallery is just a 10-minute walk away, or just three bus stops. The family room had two beds—one double and one single—with generous space and all basic amenities including toiletries and disposable slippers. One thing to note: all family rooms are on the 4th floor with no elevator, so be prepared if you’re carrying heavy bags. Despite that, the location, service, and value for money make this a standout choice. A solid pick for travelers visiting Moscow.

Among the three capsule hotels in the network, only this one at Tretiyakovskaya offers double capsules—what a unique and welcome surprise! I was thrilled to find two kitchens available for guests, perfect for preparing meals or sharing coffee moments. The complimentary grain-based coffee machine is a real bonus—fresh, aromatic brew anytime. This place is especially popular with international travelers, and it’s worth noting that the hotel’s courtyard provides direct access to Moscow’s oldest historical Tatar Mosque, a peaceful gem just steps away. Conveniently located near public transit, the blend of modern capsule comfort and rich cultural surroundings makes this stay unforgettable. A standout choice for those seeking something different, authentic, and well-located.

Staying at 5Nebo Hostel was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—just a 3-minute walk from the metro, making it super easy to explore downtown Moscow. The staff, especially the female hosts, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hostel is spotless, cozy, and well-maintained, with a friendly vibe that makes you want to stay longer. For such a great price, the value is outstanding. If you're looking for a budget-friendly, centrally located, and genuinely nice place to stay in Moscow, this is it—I highly recommend it!

Staying at Bouchee Mini Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—always smiling, ready to help with anything, and made me feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean, with a fresh, tidy vibe that made the stay so comfortable. What really stood out? The hotel sits right next to a charming little urban park. Every evening, different local groups perform—live music, dance acts, even impromptu theater pieces. I’d just grab a seat on the bench, enjoy the breeze, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. It’s such a unique and authentic touch to the experience. Plus, it’s super convenient for getting around Moscow—just a short walk to the metro. This place isn’t just a hotel; it’s a slice of local life. Highly recommend for travelers who want something special, cozy, and full of character.

The Interqube Bolshaya Polyanka Hotel exceeded my expectations! The toilets, showers, kitchen, and beds were all spotlessly clean—really impressive for a capsule-style hostel. Free coffee and tea are available, and you can even use the shared kitchen to prepare your own meals, which is a big plus. Each pod comes with its own private locker, giving you peace of mind about belongings. The only minor downside is that occasionally there’s a faint smell from other guests in the dorm, but honestly, with multiple people sharing a space, that’s almost unavoidable. What really stands out is how close it is to Dobroninskaya Metro Station—just a 4-minute walk. This makes getting around Moscow super convenient. If I ever return to Moscow, I’d definitely stay here again. Great value, excellent location, and a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

Staying at Winterfell Novokuznetskaya was a great experience overall, especially for the location. It's just a short walk to Red Square and right next to the Moscow River Canal—perfect for morning strolls. The Kremlin is literally within walking distance, making it ideal for travelers who want to explore the heart of Moscow without relying on transport. That said, dining options nearby are limited—you’ll need to walk about 800 meters to find decent restaurants or a grocery store. The room itself is quite small, even smaller than a university dorm, and the trash can doesn’t close properly. Ventilation is average, and shared bathrooms with a communal kitchen fridge mean you’ll need to be mindful of personal space and hygiene. Still, considering how central it is and the affordable price, this place offers excellent value for budget-conscious travelers. If you’re looking to stay in the city center and don’t mind sharing facilities, this is a solid choice—especially when you can easily access all major attractions by foot.

The Ozerkovskaya Hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located just a short walk from the metro, it’s super convenient for getting around Moscow. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Noise insulation is excellent, so you won’t be disturbed by outside sounds. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the great value for money—this place offers so much more than expected at this price point. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow.

I can't recommend this hotel at all—our experience was extremely disappointing and deeply unsettling. While the location is convenient, just a short metro ride away, the service was appalling. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive, with no regard for basic customer respect. Later, a manager named Sergey reached out, claiming he wanted to understand the situation—but his real goal seemed to be persuading us to delete our negative review. He even tried to shift blame onto me, suggesting I was at fault for the incident. When we explained that we had to cancel due to a family member’s sudden heart attack—well in advance (12 days prior), and with full prepayment for four nights—he insisted the rate was non-refundable and that our circumstances didn’t matter. He cited a message stating, 'By choosing a non-refundable rate, you accept all risks—you’ll never get your money back, even if something serious happens.' We sent medical documentation, flight tickets, and booking details as proof of the emergency, but he still refused to refund us, saying the evidence wasn’t sufficient. This contradicts Russian consumer protection laws: when services aren’t provided due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds are legally required. There was zero empathy, no understanding, and no humanity in their response. Instead, they offered a voucher in exchange for deleting our feedback—like we were the ones who caused the problem. This kind of behavior feels predatory. We’re now preparing to file a police report and take legal action for fraudulent practices. Please, avoid this hotel. Don’t let them profit from your trust. Choose a place with integrity, compassion, and transparency instead.

Staying at Winterfell Chistye Prudy was an absolute delight. The hotel is just a short walk from the metro, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and local gems nearby—perfect for exploring Moscow without needing to travel far. The moment I stepped in, I noticed how clean and quiet the place was. It felt peaceful and well-maintained throughout my stay. Staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. No smoking anywhere—this made the air fresh and comfortable, especially during winter. The room was cozy, warm, and perfectly set up for relaxation. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. This is one of the best value stays I’ve had in Moscow—definitely coming back.

The location was excellent—just a short walk from the exhibition venue, making everything super convenient. We arrived to find the hotel temporarily closed due to unforeseen circumstances, but the staff handled it professionally and swiftly. They arranged a driver to transfer us to a partner property with no hassle, ensuring we had a smooth check-in. Despite the unexpected situation, the team’s responsiveness and customer care were outstanding. The alternative hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations given the circumstances. Great communication, strong problem-solving, and genuine hospitality make this a standout stay in Moscow.

I stayed at Qube Capsule Hotel in Moscow and overall, it was a solid experience. The check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM, which felt a bit tight at first, but the staff were helpful and allowed early luggage storage—so I didn’t have to carry my bags around while waiting. I appreciated that I could leave my stuff safely even before check-in, especially since there were plenty of empty capsules available. One minor downside was the faint noise from the ventilation system inside the capsules, which might bother light sleepers. Also, the lockers are quite small, so drying shoes or storing larger items isn’t ideal. But despite those small issues, the hotel is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. Great value for money, and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Moscow.

Staying at Cosmos Smart Dubininskaya Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The bed was comfortable, and the room had reliable heating—perfect for the colder months. Its location is excellent, just a short distance from the city center, making it easy to explore Moscow on foot or by metro. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, offering enough variety to start the day right. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and patient, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel’s quality matches that of mid-range chains like Home Inn or HanTing back home, but with better value for money. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and affordability in a central spot—definitely worth considering for future visits.
