Parking is complimentary and seamlessly connected to the mall’s system, which made arriving and leaving so hassle-free, especially for those driving. The overall atmosphere is quiet yet modern, with excellent facilities and a great sense of cleanliness. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like staying with a friend. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—soft, clean sheets, fluffy duvets, and perfectly supportive pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight: generous variety, delicious flavors, and served in a spacious, beautifully designed dining area. The location is unbeatable—right next to the Yangtze River and facing the Yingwuzhou Bridge, perfect for evening strolls along the riverside. The hotel boasts a private parking lot with free parking for guests, which is a huge plus for those arriving by car. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of Yellow Crane Tower. Three rooms were thoughtfully arranged on the same floor by staff member Shan Shan, making it easy for our group to look after each other. Elva, who greeted us, was incredibly warm and considerate—when I ran into her in the lobby one evening, she even offered a refreshing honey water to help with a hangover! She also recommended the afternoon tea service featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit platters, and beverages—such a delightful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Yellow Crane Tower and Yangtze River Bridge, perfect for sightseeing without wasting time on transit. My only small suggestion would be adding EV charging stations. Overall, this is a top-tier stay with excellent value. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Wuhan!

Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention—they’re thorough, respectful, and consistently keep rooms spotless. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation.
