The location is excellent: just steps away from tram and metro lines, making it super convenient for exploring Milan. The hotel itself is spotless, with daily housekeeping and attentive staff who go the extra mile. Cleanliness, service, and convenience all shine here. I’d just recommend updating the room details to better reflect actual dimensions and layout. Still, highly recommend this property for its great value and central access.

We were supposed to receive the door code via email upon check-in, but it never arrived. When I tried to contact Italianway staff, I could barely hear them due to the loud noise in the office. They insisted it had been sent and that we should have it already. After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth, they finally resent it. All this happened while we were standing outside in 34°C heat, waiting with our two heavy suitcases. To make matters worse, we had to carry everything up three flights of stairs to a flat without air conditioning—something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere before booking. As someone who’s lived in Italy for over 20 years (my wife is Italian), I know what to expect when traveling here, but this was still an exhausting experience, especially for us in our mid-seventies. That said, the apartment was clean and located in a very convenient spot—our only positive takeaway.
