The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was even a Russian-speaking team member, which made communication easy. Wi-Fi was fast and available throughout the building. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient: about a 2-kilometer walk to the central train station, just 1 kilometer to the main shopping streets, and I walked straight to the Duomo in under 20 minutes. Right outside the hotel is a bus stop, and trams and metro lines are within a short stroll. Public transport access couldn’t be better. One thing to note: like everywhere in Italy, there’s an additional city tax to pay on top of the room rate—be sure to budget for that. Overall, this boutique hotel offers great value, excellent service, and unbeatable convenience. Highly recommend!
