Our kids absolutely loved the pool, spending nearly the entire morning splashing around in the hot tub and playing with the fountains. The sofa bed in the room made it feel instantly like a family suite—super comfortable and spacious. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast spread was outstanding—by far the best I’ve had at any hotel so far, rivaling even some luxury properties. I’d been concerned about noise issues mentioned in other reviews, but during my stay, everything was quiet and peaceful. The combination of hardwood floors and carpeted bed area worked perfectly for me, especially as someone with allergies. The hotel itself is stunning, and the holiday decorations—especially during Christmas—were thoughtfully done. I genuinely didn’t want to leave!
