On our second day, after checking out, we stored our luggage and visited Chicken Bell Temple. A simple bowl of vegetarian noodles and three incense sticks brought a deep sense of calm and spiritual connection to this historic site. Before heading back home by high-speed train, we returned to the hotel to collect our bags and rested briefly at the lobby bar.
