After an 11-hour flight, being able to settle in early made such a difference; it felt genuinely thoughtful and welcoming. One of the staff members even helped carry our bags—though we didn’t have cash on hand to tip him, which we regretted later. We had hoped to stay for the full duration, but unfortunately, no rooms were available for the remaining days. That said, the hotel itself is stunning—rich European-style architecture, elegant decor, and spacious, well-appointed rooms. The restaurant on the ground floor has a sweet, friendly staff member who waved and even gave me a little heart gesture—when I left, we hugged like old friends! It’s rare to feel such genuine warmth from a hotel team. From ambiance to service, everything exceeded expectations.
