I booked this hotel last-minute for a business trip mainly because of the affordable rate, and honestly, I was expecting something basic or underwhelming. But it completely exceeded my expectations! The bed is just the right firmness—not too soft that you sink into it, not too hard either. It’s perfectly balanced, and the pillows are great too—neither too fluffy nor too high, providing excellent support. To be honest, I slept better here than in some so-called five-star hotels I’ve stayed at before. The room has a slightly vintage decor style, which gives it a unique charm rather than feeling outdated. Located just steps from Modiesha Metro Station, it’s super convenient to get to Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Guangzhou again.

Located just a two-minute walk from Nanfang Third Hospital, this apartment is incredibly convenient for medical visits or follow-ups—perfectly situated for anyone needing frequent access to the hospital. I stayed here as a solo traveler and chose the single room, which was excellent both times I’ve visited—both trips were specifically for appointments at the nearby hospital. The facilities are well-maintained and surprisingly clean for a shared-style accommodation. The mattress and bedding were comfortable, and the curtain by the bed provided good privacy when closed. There’s also a built-in washing machine under the sink—very handy for laundry needs. One small suggestion: adding a non-slip mat just outside the bathroom door would make things safer, as water tends to pool after showers. Without personal slippers, wearing disposable ones can be slippery and potentially hazardous. Service was outstanding—any request was met with prompt help. After surgery, I had limited mobility, so the staff kindly arranged a lower bunk bed for me, which made a big difference. Free bottled water and basic toiletries were readily available upon request, and the team—front desk staff and manager alike—were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. During my stay, it coincided with the Canton Fair, so I noticed several international guests around, giving the place a lively, multicultural vibe. Overall, my experience has been consistently positive. I’d definitely return if needed, and I truly hope the property continues to grow and thrive. I stayed at Huashi Hotel while attending a recruitment exam at South China Normal University, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. There was a long desk perfect for working or organizing documents, and plenty of power outlets—no charging worries at all. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. With a checkout time until 2:00 PM, it was ideal for those on a tight schedule like me. I was assigned to the 12th floor, facing the inner campus area—quiet and peaceful, with only minor construction noise from time to time, but nothing disruptive. Overall, the comfort, convenience, and value made this stay truly enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it and will return if I’m back in Guangzhou.
