Stayed here during the New Year holiday, and it was perfect—quiet with fewer guests around. The lake-view room offered breathtaking views, and having a spacious balcony made enjoying the scenery even better. The front desk staff, especially Manager Huang, was incredibly warm and responsive—any request I had was handled instantly.
