I politely asked for a refund, but instead had to check out in slippers because my sneakers were still wet from laundry and hadn’t dried. I’ve stayed here multiple times before, and the experience was always good—clean, affordable, and convenient. But this incident really damaged my overall impression. The lack of proper communication and consideration for older guests is a serious concern. If management doesn’t address these issues, it’ll be hard to recommend this place to others.
