Our stay at Times Square Suites Hotel was absolutely fantastic. Check-in was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and assistance. About an hour after we checked out, I realized I’d left a ring on the kitchen counter. I called to ask if anyone had found it, and they immediately had housekeeping check—within minutes, they confirmed it was located. Even better, they offered to mail it back to me since I couldn’t return to the hotel. This kind of thoughtful, proactive service is rare and truly impressive. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about guest experience. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and exceptional hospitality.

The room was incredibly cozy and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a warm, welcoming home away from home. The bathroom was spotless, and the linens were fresh and high-quality, which made a big difference in comfort. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They even shared local tips that made our stay so much more enjoyable. And then there’s the cat—adorable beyond words! He stole my heart the moment I saw him, and I couldn’t stop smiling every time he wandered by. I genuinely fell in love with him. I’ll definitely be returning, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vancouver.

Stayed at a B&B managed by a Chinese host. Originally booked a hostel, but due to a staff error, it was already fully booked and we couldn’t check in. The team quickly arranged a transfer to another nearby B&B just a 10-minute drive away—no hassle at all. The alternative place was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. While the initial mix-up was a bit stressful, the staff handled it professionally and with great care. Their quick response and willingness to help made a big difference. Overall, despite the hiccup, the experience was positive, especially considering the value and friendly service. Definitely worth recommending.
