Our stay at Normandia Tower was absolutely excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the front desk staff went above and beyond in their service. Special thanks to a lovely lady from Venezuela who handled our room arrangements—she treated my 96-year-old mother with such care, respect, and warmth that we truly felt at home. Her kindness made all the difference, especially for someone of her age. Every interaction was thoughtful and genuine, and it’s clear the team here values guest comfort and hospitality. We’re so grateful and would love for the management to pass along our heartfelt thanks. This place offers exceptional value and an unforgettable experience—definitely coming back!

That said, since it's close to the airport, you might hear some aircraft noise, particularly during early morning hours. If you're sensitive to sound, this is something to keep in mind. But overall, the comfort, cleanliness, and great service make up for it. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bogotá who values convenience and a well-maintained, friendly environment.

If you're passing through Bogotá and need to leave early in the morning or arrive late at night, this is hands down the best hostel to stay at. The beds are by far the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in—like sleeping on a cloud. Plug outlets are conveniently placed throughout the rooms, and the hostel runs efficiently with great energy management. Carlos, the owner, is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. From the cozy vibe to the thoughtful touches, it’s a perfect stopover. 10/10 would recommend without hesitation.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—everything you need is within walking distance. Just steps away from the Botanical Garden, Simón Bolívar Park, D1, Ara, Oxxo, Dollar City Gym, and right on the edge of Calle Boyacá with easy access to Avenida 26. It's incredibly convenient for both exploring the city and enjoying a quiet retreat. The price is outstanding for the quality and proximity to so many amenities. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the thoughtful touches throughout the property. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

The business seems to collect payments, open properties briefly, then vanish without a trace. It’s deeply frustrating and risky for travelers who trust these listings. I’m sharing this warning so others don’t lose their money like we did. Platforms should stop promoting such unreliable options—otherwise, they’re enabling more fraud. This experience was a total waste of time and cash, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
