There’s no shortage of water activities either: free access to bodyboarding, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking made our days on the water unforgettable. The villa itself is stunning—sleek, clean, and full of charm. Breakfast was exceptional, especially the fresh croissants that were crisp and delicious. In-room dining was another highlight, with Asian cuisine delivered at a remarkably high standard. One small note: the orange juice in the room wasn’t 100% pure juice, which slightly disappointed. Also, we visited the small island directly across from the resort and were saddened to find it littered with trash. It would be amazing if the resort introduced a monthly cleanup initiative where guests who participate receive a special gift or reward. Even better—create a fun eco-challenge like ‘bring back one bag of trash’ with incentives for completion. This could foster greater environmental awareness among guests while making the experience more meaningful. A simple gesture like this could go a long way in preserving the pristine beauty of this paradise.

Century Helang Hotel
Travel safety is top priority, and this hotel truly delivers beyond expectations. My husband booked the Cross Keys Resort in Langkawi—hands down one of the safest places in all of Malaysia. Located right next to the airport, it connects seamlessly to the international convention center. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the Sky Bridge, and only 10 minutes to the ferry terminal for Rawa Island in Thailand. After two days exploring, we returned for one more night before heading home—every major landmark and protected site was easily accessible. The security system is outstanding, with the highest number of surveillance cameras on the island, making you feel completely secure. Inside the room, the soundproof glass is excellent—just like a luxury mountain resort—only the gentle sound of the pool waterfall breaks the silence. The suite is spacious, the bed brand new and firm, perfect for us. For our island tour, they provided a private boat—we even rented the whole thing, which added extra peace of mind. Plus, the double-country travel package launching December 1st will allow visa-free access—this was an incredible opportunity, and we were lucky enough to catch it. Overall, an unforgettable, stress-free experience. Highly recommended!
