Staff went above and beyond—they remembered our preferences, like swapping all regular cokes in the complimentary minibar for Coke Zero after noticing our repeated orders. The suite features high-end furnishings, including a plush king-size bed, a generous walk-in closet, and an elegantly integrated bathroom with a large shower and a freestanding bathtub that adds a touch of luxury. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, microwave, and ample fridge space—perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The hosts, Thobeka from Guest Relations and Elri, the manager, were incredibly welcoming and offered thoughtful recommendations for local dining spots and nearby tours. I also want to thank the housekeeping team—they kept everything spotless and well-maintained throughout my visit. From start to finish, I felt truly at home, pampered, and well taken care of.
