While the breakfast spread was a bit limited, it didn’t detract from the overall excellent experience. We arrived at the hotel by 11:00 AM and were able to check in right away—our luggage was even allowed in the room immediately. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. To welcome us, they provided a small bottle of Prosecco and some delicious Manner waffles—such a thoughtful touch! Located right in the heart of Vienna, it’s super convenient for exploring the city on foot or via public transit. The overall experience was excellent, and we’ll definitely book again.

Staying at Vintagehome: Apartments by Naschmarkt was an absolute delight. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It’s ideal for a short getaway but also feels spacious enough for a longer stay without feeling cramped. One standout feature was the fan, which came in super handy during the hot nights when the weather was unbearable. I couldn’t have slept without it! Located just steps away from Naschmarkt, the area is vibrant, full of great cafes, local shops, and restaurants. The whole experience felt authentic and well-organized. If you're looking for a cozy, convenient, and stylish base in Vienna, this place is a top pick. Definitely worth recommending.
Stephansdom Premium Apartments
This was by far the worst 'premium' apartment I've ever stayed in, and it's frankly embarrassing that these units are even labeled as 'premium.' The property was visibly run-down: grungy tiles, curtains hanging off their rods, broken electrical switches, and furniture that was worn out and partially damaged. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet areas were clearly never properly cleaned—there were stains and grime in places that should’ve been spotless. We raised our concerns multiple times, but the response from the rental team was minimal—just a generic apology with no real action taken. After several calls and emails, they offered either a late checkout or a 10% refund, which we declined. We’re now pursuing further steps to address this experience. Based on what I’ve seen, I strongly advise others to avoid this property. You’ll be left disappointed, not just by the condition of the apartment, but also by the lack of accountability from the management.
