Being just steps away from public transit and all the local hotspots made exploring LA so convenient. Overall, this experience exceeded our expectations—great quality, great location, and excellent service. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Los Angeles, and I’ll definitely be booking again.

I booked this motel based on a high rating I saw on the platform, but honestly, it was extremely misleading. We couldn’t sleep at all during our stay—the fridge kicked on and off every 10 minutes, the tap kept dripping, and the traffic noise from the nearby road was relentless. The worst part? The walls were so thin we could hear absolutely everything from the couple next door—every word, even their pet names. It was incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing. When we complained to management, they said they’d contacted the neighbors, who stopped briefly for about 10 minutes before resuming. They claimed they could only fix the fridge and tap the following week. We asked for a refund, but were denied outright. The staff offered zero empathy or real solutions. This place is poorly managed, and the overall experience was awful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even as a last resort.
